Booking Regulation & Instructions.

We invite you to read our internal Rules and Procedures. The behaviors to be observed within Sardvs b&beach are not only those sanctioned by law, but above all, those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
Reservations & Refund Policy:
The reservation must be made directly on our webpage www.sardvsbnbeach.com, at the time of such, the total amount of the stay will be charged, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
At the same time, you will receive an email containing instructions to download and activate your QR CODE that will allow you access to the structure, your room, and the parking lot.
The QR Code will be valid only during the first access to the premises ( car park, b&b entrance and room entrance), after that, you will need to use the access badge provided in your room.
Any cancellation of the reservation must be made by sending a communication by email or via WhatsApp to our B&B.
The full amount will be refunded up to 10 days before the arrival date. Under this deadline and up to 5 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount paid will be retained. For cancellations within 5 days of the arrival date, the full amount paid will be retained. Failure to present, without due notice, results in the retention of the full amount paid.
In the case of early departures, there are no refunds.
The agreed price for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and the bathroom, the common area, supply of towels and bedsheets, the use of TV and air conditioners/heat pumps, iron and ironing board, swimming pool (only Maestrale VIP), the Jacuzzi ( only Grecale and Libeccio rooms) and the use of all bathroom accessories such as hand wash liquid and shower gel.
Bed linen and towels will be changed for stays from 5 days onwards (they will be changed on the third day)
The extra linen change (sheets and towels) is not included in the price, as is any extra cleaning required.
If necessary or preferred, they can be requested via WhatsApp or directly to the staff if present in the structure for an extra amount.
Check-in & Check out:

Customers are requested, upon arrival, to show an identification document for the compilation of the P.S. card (data processed in the obligations of law no. 675 of 31/12/96).
Sardvs b&beach is a small independent structure with an automated check-in so there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as it happens for hotels, each customer, however, is required to communicate via email or WhatsApp, the expected arrival time, at least 24 hours before arrival and any delays.
The rooms are available from 15.00.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00 to allow the final cleaning of the same. After 10:00 without the room having been vacated, an additional day of stay will be charged. Those wishing to stay beyond this time must agree in advance with the owner (if there are no other reservations) and cannot last beyond 15.30. In the face of such further use, it is required to pay a "late check-out" (additional fee) equal to 50% of the normal daily fee of the room.
BREAKFAST:
Sardvs b&beach does not offer breakfast on site, in the rooms there are a Nespresso machine and kettle with coffee pods, teas, biscuits and little milk pods.
For a more substantial breakfast,( not included), you can go to one of the many bars in the area, here a few close by:

NEIGHBORHOOD AND NOISE:
Guests are totally responsible for the safety and security of their children at any time, as well as any behaviour that may cause disturbance to the neighbourhood.
Guests and visitors must avoid any kind of disrespectful behaviour and minimise their immediate impact on the neighbourhood.
Guests and visitors must minimise noise so as not to disturb the inhabitants of the neighbourhood – during the night hours (23:00 - 08:00).
Excessive noise is prohibited at any time and may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction, or loss of the amount paid for rent and/or an extra cost.
BEHAVIOUR:

Sardvs b&beach declines all responsibility for the loss, theft, or/and damage to objects of your property left in the rooms and for any damage to persons, or things to and from third parties.
Guests are not allowed to allow other people to enter the b&b at any time, for reasons of Public Safety.
Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to Sardvs b&beach facilities and for the improper use of complementary equipment.

Any overnight stays of visitors must be approved in advance during the booking phase and are subject to additional costs as indicated in the final price.
It is recommended a correct and civil use of the toilets, avoiding throwing anything in the W.C. apart from toilet paper, for any other tissues or pads, please use the appropriate bin.
SECURITY PROVISIONS

Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed/locked, in order to ensure the safety of the property and prevent any damage caused by rainwater and animals that might come in.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in the facilities even if they are Medical pets, as we have customers and member of staff allergic to them.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE:
​
a) All damage and breakage must be reported immediately to the person responsible for the property.
b) To avoid damage and breakage, it is forbidden to move furniture and objects from one room to another without prior permission.
c) It is forbidden to take away towels from the facilities (for example to use them outside). Appropriate towels will be provided.
SMOKING:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the premises. Including electronic cigarettes (you can do it on the terrace).
WASTE AND RECYCLING:
Guests and their visitors will have to be responsible for the correct placement of waste with a view to recycling. They will have to use the appropriate containers provided in each terraces/balconies and not leave the scraps or remnants in the common areas.
Acceptance of the rules on the regulation:
COMPLIANCE WITH THE ABOVE REGULATIONS IS ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY. FAILING THAT, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO VACATE THE PREMISES.

N.B. We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of objects of your property left unattended in the rooms or common areas and for any damage to people, animals, or things to and from third parties.
This regulation of the Sardvs b&beach is considered fully accepted and signed in all its points already at the time of booking the room.
If the guest does not comply with this regulation in its entirety, we reserve the right to interrupt your stay, according to the applicable contractual legislation.
